It’s hard to be real, to be 100% yourself. It’s scary. It can hurt. So walls, barriers and other protective measures are built. Later, when we wish to explore, grow, to move ourselves toward greater success, we’re stuck in our own protective shells that keep us from experiencing what we really want. More in the podcast.

I was thinking of starting a failure club. To turn the tables. To look at failure as a failure to be yourself rather than as a failure to measure up to someone else’s definition.

Systems are wonderful when they work, when the people responsible for them maintain them. But when systems become barriers to customer interaction, they fail as being anything of value to a customer, leaving angry, dissatisfied customers.
