That it doesn’t matter what we believe, is hard to believe.
The world has changed a lot over the past few years. As a result, many activities have become more complex, time consuming, bothersome.
This addition affects the amount of time you have available to deal with these increased demands. Likely, your life and work take as much time as they did in the past so available time is really squeezed.
With that kind of pressure, it’s easy to become angry, or anxious.
